Congratulations
Grandpa!
We are excited to announce the arrival of Ken Breithaupt's first
grandchild, Abby Ruth Hiemstra. Abby was born on June 28,
2006 at 12:28 am. She weighed in at 6 pounds 14 ounces. Abby is
the pride and joy of Ken's daughter, Kristyn, and son-in-law, Mark.
Congratulations to the Breithaupts and Hiemtras!
Peartree's Annual Golf Tournament
With weather on our side, the staff at Peartree donned our
best golf attire and hit the Waterloo Golf Academy on September 19 for our
Annual Golf Tournament. A quick round of nine holes and many jokes
later, we had a feast of beer can barbequed chicken, baked potatoes, and caesar salad at the club house. After dinner, however, was the most
anticipated part of the day: the announcement of the winners!
David Moser, Bridget Behm, and Steve Stewart received top
honours for a total team score of 2 over par.
Other individual honours went to:
Glenn Lyons - Men's Longest Drive
Courtney Unruh - Ladies' Longest Drive
David Moser - Men's Closest to the Pin
Chris Megaffin - Ladies' Closest to the Pin
