The Blanket P.O. Expiry Report: The Blanket P.O. Expiry Report can be run adhoc as a report or setup to automatically send out emails at defined intervals outlining which P.O.'s are nearing the expiry date.
 

Supplier Forecasts: Supplier forecasts can be generated as PDF documents and emailed to supplier contacts. These reports can be used in addition to the Vendor Material Release reports.
 

Repair Tracking Module:

The Repair tracking module provides for:

  • Creation of repair parts shipping documents

  • Tracking of inventory which has been shipped out for repair and to which vendor

  • Receiving of repaired material
