As you may have noticed Peartree's website has undergone a makeover. We have combined our website with our parent company, Glenbriar Technologies. This new look and layout is designed to make your web experience the most efficient. All of Peartree Software's information is now located under the Enterprise Software section of the Glenbriar site. All of our services and information are still available to you, with just a few mouse clicks.

Here you will find our newest training schedule, and information on how to sign-up. The support section also provides all the contact information you need for emergency support issues and consulting services. I want to take this opportunity to commend Glenn and Derek for stepping up to the challenge recently. Edscha Niagara had a problem recently; this issue caused a major contract from being signed off and was costing us money everyday that the issue existed. Glenn and Derek were able to very quickly adjust some equipment so that our new million dollar assembly line is now able to function as needed. We really appreciate the extremely fast turn around that Glenn and Derek put forward on resolving this problem. To verify your backup system, restore a reasonably large file to a test account. It is very important that you restore to a test account, not your live account. Having recent data backups also helps Peartree Software support staff quickly get your business back on track if your hardware takes a turn for the worse. In addition to backing up your system, you must also do a restore to a test account, in order to ensure that the backup is useable.
